Client Brief

Create an open-plan Kitchen and Living space with the addition of a 2m - 6m side extension onto the property to give a sizeable entertaining space.
Natural Light was important to the Client; 3 Skylights and Bi-fold doors now illuminate the kitchen and living space with natural light.
We fitted a new kitchen supplied by Howdens Joinery and mounted with a ... worktop.
As a busy household, a temporary kitchen was created for the duration of the works to minimise disruption while works took place.

Completion:
Timescale Given: 12-14 Weeks.

the technical stuff:
Works involved the excavation of footings and pads up to 1.2m deep
Exisitng drainage system was altered to allow for the extension of property with the installation of a new inspection chamber outside the proposed extension.
Structurally pinned to support the floors above while the side area of thre property was removed.
Structural supports were installed to create one open plan, kitchen, lounge and dinner.
